KWS receives condolence message from the United States

The war against poaching continues as Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) remains determined to bring the vice to an end. We have to save our precious heritage for future generations and in doing this, our brave men have in several cases come head on with the poachers. In certain instances they have paid the ultimate price for conservation.

Recently, we lost two of our men at the Kipini Conservancy in a tragic incident. Our conservation partners in Kenya and abroad have been keenly following our efforts in combating the menace. They are equally saddened by the loss our men and women and in particular the U.S Fish and Wildlife Service who sent our KWS Director the below condolence letter.Read More
