Background
Information
Malka Mari National Park lies along the Daua river on the
Kenya-Ethiopia border in the extreme north east of Kenya on
the Mandera plateau. It was gazetted in 1989 due to its reportedly
high concentration of wildlife but has not been developed.

area is largely semi arid bushland and scrubby grassland with
